Au delà de nos attentes. Tout était parfait, propre et sympathique. En plus un accès à un balcon pour prendre les repas et passer du bon temps avec vue sur le fleuve. Nous y retournerons!

Situation géographique excellente, facile d’accès autant pour visiter la Ville de Québec que pour se promener le long du fleuve sur la piste cyclable face à la Ville

The host communicated very fast and provided all the necessary information, the interior was cozy and charming, the unit was sparkling clean and was well equipped, it also had an amazing view of the river and Quebec City. Commute to the Old Center was super easy: a 10 min walk to the ferry and ferry ride.

We stayed at Le 3 Montcalm for 3 nights. It is a cozy little apartment, just right for a couple. Jean-Francois (the owner) met us there and showed us how everything worked- he was very pleasant and accommodating. The kitchen was well-furnished and the Wi-fi worked very well. The apartment is about 1/2 mile from the Levis-Quebec City ferry terminal, so it was very convenient. It is an uphill walk from the ferry and the apartment is on the third floor up stairs on the outside of the building, so it would not be an appropriate place for a person with mobility issues. We, however, found it to be a perfect place to stay to explore the Quebec City area. One night we were even able to watch a fireworks show over the St. Lawrence from our little balcony!

GORGEOUS apartment! Quick walk down to the ferry and we actually really enjoyed staying across the river from QC for the view alone. Jean-Francois is a lovely, communicative host and the apartment is unbelievably pretty and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Jean Francosie contacted me soon after arriving at the property to make sure that everything was fine. If you follow his directions exactly, getting into the property is easy! The kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom were clean and well equipped. The property is located a short walk away from the ferry to old Quebec!
