Hotel degli Artisti

Bien situé (près de la Place d'Espagne et du métro). Le service est agréable. Le wifi marche sans être ultra rapide. La chambre est assez petite, mais récemment rénovée. L'hôtel est dans une rue calme, il n'y a pas trop de bruit. La chambre et la salle de bain sont assez propres, le lit est assez confortable, et à partir du 2e étage il y a une vue sur le jardin d'en face. Le petit-déjeuner n'a guère d'intérêt. Correct dans l'ensemble, bonne situation dans la ville.

Un hôtel rénové très bien placé, à la fois au calme et très proche du centre de Rome. Cerise sur le gâteau le jacuzzi en terrasse salvateur après une bonne journée de marche.

This is a wonderful hotel that is in a very central location. It's a five minute walk to the Spanish Steps and a Metro station and a two minute walk to Piazza Barberini and bus stops and a taxi stand. In spite of being so centrally located, the hotel is very quiet. The hotel itself is modern and clean. There are two bars, one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop area where there is a lovely view of the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows, although the single beds are narrow and shorter than we are used to in the U.S. The rooms are a nice size for a European hotel with a large, modern bathroom. Sondra at the front desk is amazing....so helpful, humorous and kind, and full of tips of must see places! All of the staff we encountered were incredibly nice and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. They have the fastest taxi response ever!! The breakfast that is served is great with many choices, as well as the staff in the breakfast room. They provide you with a Manet phone to use, free of charge, on which you can find apps about places to go, food and wine, public transportation (very easy to use this in Rome), and Google maps for getting around, as well as free local and international calls. If you have mobility issues, you need to know that you have to walk up a hill to reach the hotel. Hotel degli Artiati is a beautiful hotel and the place I will stay again when I return to Rome.
