Bank Hotel

I don't often write this, but Bank Hotel is a very charming place. Everything about it is natural, classy, simply delightful. And the staff is also exceedingly charming. I met the head of housekeeping. She's a florist by training and goes around preparing lovely bouquets to set in rooms and on desks and tables. The hotel is only 2 years old, so everything is new. Tasteful.

Amazing place and phenomenal service

Best was the staff was terrific and the location was good. A negative was that the 'elegant King' is a very small room but the worst is that it was on the 2nd floor and we could not sleep until the noisy bar closed at 1 a.m. on our third night. This was not due to outside noise but a constant reverberation like a clothes dryer with shoes in it. They did move us to the 4th floor where we could still feel the vibration/sound but not as bad to disturb sleep. This is a definite problem which I understand has happened since hey refurbished the trendy bar.

Amazing hotel so central loved the city. breakfast included was amazing. Roof top terrace and Sophie’s bar also lovely and relaxing. Can’t wait to go back . ABBA museum a must and canal boat ride awesome. Lots to see and do.

Was given the smallest room in the hotel despite paying a high rate. Apparently they were ‘fully booked’. Not good value for money at all
