Wifi signal was very poor and the connection was dropping off randomly. Whilst the mobile signal in the area was poor as well, we were left out without the robust internet access.
When having dinner at the restaurant, we wanted to get a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, we were only allowed to pay by cash (!!!) and the nearest cash machine was a long walk away. As a result, we had to give up having wine.
On New Year's morning, the dining room was very full and we had to wait for the long time to get a free table. The service staff were not attentive at all, and they didn't help people find their seats. Perhaps it's worth introducing booking slots for breakfasts so everyone can sit comfortably?
We have hardly seen any guests wearing masks inside the hotel and the staff weren't wearing them either. We were asked if we are vaccinated while checking-in to the hotel, but we were not asked to show any proof of vaccination.
We stayed in the apartment which had no lift to get to and we had to carry very heavy suitcases up the stairs. Disappointing.
