The property is in a row of Victorian terraced houses. Recently repainted, it is not sound proof, so guests returning after midnight woke us up. The en suite bathroom had toilet and basin in separate room but the shower was in a cabinet in the bedroom. Large iron burn on carpet beside the bed. OK for students.
Neat and convenient place to stay for a few nights while on a business trip down in Exeter. Very centrally located, helpful reception team, and nice space.
What a lovely welcome, staff all very friendly and able to help with information etc. the room was tidy and clean. Plenty of hot water for the bath. Great location for visiting the city.
Nice property. Staff were lovely.
Convenient to centre of Exeter.
Some solar lights might be nice in the garden for a late evening sit down after a busy day.
We stayed in the studio suite and it was perfect. The hotel calls itself âhome from homeâ and this is exactly what it is. The room was a perfect size for me and my boyfriend and the bed was so comfy!!
The hotel manager Emily was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond for my boyfriends birthday.
Our French Bulldog loved the courtyard outside making new friends and watching the birds.
The only have two criticisms I have is for our 5 day stay, the towels/bins were only changed once and this was upon request. Also, it is advertised by Expedia that the parking is free however it is not- it is ÂŁ11.20 a day.
Other than the parking and the towels/bins, I would highly recommend staying and the Bendene Townhouse.
