The hotel and service was absolutely lovely however my ground floor room (room 100) had a terrible smell to it, much like cat urine but probably mildew / humidity related. The receptionists unfortunately couldnât do anything about this nor could they move me due to the hotel being fully booked so my stay was pretty terrible. I really think they should do a deep cleaning of that room before they allow another guest to stay there. They told me that I should have requested a room on a higher floor well before arrival. So I would pass that advice over to someone wanting to stay there!!
Lovely hotel in easy reach of everything in Cannes. Loved the garden in the front with a little coffee and ice cream shop. Very relaxing and beautiful. Staff very helpful.
Very comfortable hotel which is well placed between Rue D'Antibes and Rue Moliere. It has a lovely shaded gaden perfect for relaxing and having a light lunch or drink. Even though its just a maximum of 10 mins away from Palais des Festvals and La Croissant, it's peaceful. A special word for the staff who are friendly, but also the receptionist did a lot of shuffling with rooms so that we wouldn't have swop rooms mid-stay. (We had to make 2 separate bookings in 2 types of rooms due to our plans changing)
