Great location with a short walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants etc. Stunning views, stylishly decorated, cosy apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely quirky place to stay

The cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway. It was warm and clean with extra touches - on arrival there was fresh flowers, a box of chocolates and a bottle of bubbly. This is a really thoughtful extra. The view is amazing and we always had something to enjoy watching, from gig rowers, fishing boats, dogs on the beach when the tide was out and also sea birds as the tide came back in again. The town is a five minute walk away with a choice of places to eat. We will definitely book again.

The property description can not be put into enough words to do it justice. The sound & closeness of the sea just has to be experienced. The window seat blew my mind.

Me and my partner have just stayed for 2 nights and we had the most amazing relaxing time. The apartment is perfect with the most amazing views you could ask for aswell as the tranquil sound of the waves crashing against the rocks outside. The Prosecco and goodies were a lovely touch and greatly received. The bed is very comfortable and a bonus having two bathrooms. The apartment has everything you would need during any length of stay. We would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to friends or family and we will definitely be returning in the future.

An ideal location – Immediately next to the Pedn Olva hotel, overlooking the rocks and beach. A short walk into town and about 10-15 minutes to the Tate. Wonderful views. The apartment is accessed via a walkway above the rocks. The walkway can also serve as a small balcony – just room for two and a small table with a bit of manoeuvring. The kitchen is compact but provides everything you need. There is enough space to eat there if you wish but you would surely rather go up to the living room to the glorious views. The apartment was clean and well presented. The double bed doesn’t have much space at the sides so it can be a little tricky not to wake your partner if you are coming to bed later. But there are shelves each side of the bed for a clock / glass of water etc. The sleeping area is open to the living room from which the spiral staircase goes down to the kitchen. One person cannot make much noise if the other is sleeping but for us it presented no problem. The owner left us some food and drink to get us started – a bottle of wine, a pint of milk, scones, biscuits, fudge and Cornish coffee. All very welcome and a nice touch. There was even a vase of roses which still looked fresh at the end of our week. And we enjoyed gorgeous weather! If you are happy with the open plan aspect this is the perfect place to stay in St Ives.

The views from the property are fabulous being both central and overlooking the St Ives harbour with front door access to its beautiful beaches. The close proximity of the rugged Cornish coastline walks was also an unexpected pleasure.

Such an amazing location - I think one of the best in St ives. But the bed room area has a very bad smell of toilet/drains all through the night. The property was very dusty and not as clean as I’d expect. The property manager was lovely and so helpful. Amazing location!
