The hotel as a whole is a nice place, clean, quiet and overall taken care of. When we entered, the person at the front desk said nothing to us. I then said we need to check in and he only said 'I need to see your id and card. After a minute or two he became a little more open about us being there. He became more friendly and welcoming the more we talked. I feel it was more lack of training than bad attitude. I had a problem with swipe card (key) which is usually not that big of a deal, only you have to have it to Park Your Car! So now you have to go around the block (or pull an illegal u-turn) to get the key card re-keyed so you can park. I go in (after pulling the u-turn) and wait for the person at the desk to get off the phone, meanwhile another person starts to walk by like I'm not even there, stops after three or four steps and asks if I need some help. I told him I couldn't park my car because my key didn't work and maybe I would just park in front, since that was where the managers parked but the paying guests have to park across the street and pay for the privilege to do so. He proceeded to ask if I had checked in already (I have keys in my hand), that the managers have so many things to do and are constantly coming and going (but too lazy to walk across the street) and that I don't understand things. I responded by reminding him that I was the customer and he was lousy with customer service! The staff is good, managers suck! NEVER staying here again!!!
Great location. Clean rooms. Quiet. Efficient staff. Was there for work - my second time staying at this hotel - and when I return I'll go back.
my wallet was stolen and they would not let me check in evwn though it was prepaid. addirionally i had 2 relatives call the front desk with thwir credit cards ....horrible experience
The room, hotel and employees were great. The only complaint I have is the heat did not work. We froze all night.
The beds were so uncomfortable and hard. We both woke up with sore bodies. The walls are really thin, so you hear every little thing. They have parking on site which you pay for nightly. We had to park a good 100 yards away.
The hotel was great, but have to dispute extra charges on my credit card.

Where do I begin? Front desk, you are the face of the hotel. So therefore whenever guest comes in you should greet them, be informative, and make sure your customer service is on point. Don’t ever assume someone has already stayed at your property. I shouldn’t have to ask questions that every hotel is supposed to give when completing a guest check in. Complaints? Yeah nothing got done until the follow day at 7:45am whenever I was finally fed up, kudos to whoever was working the desk at that time and swiftly handled the issue as the other should have. Parking? $15? Hyatt, you are OUT OF YOUR MIND! There was more people from Bricktown parking in the lot than the actual guest. $15 PER VEHICLE PER NIGHT! That is ridiculous. Location? Very convenient for Bricktown clubs. Cleanliness of the rooms? If we know better we should do better. I’m sadly disappointed with this property and I honestly would not recommend it.
Service and room was great! Pool was not working so that was a huge bummer for my kids...that did not go over well. Because of this inconvenience though, we did get free parking. Unfortunately, the kids have said we don’t want to stay there again. They look so forward to the pool. Other than that, no complaints!
