The property was impressive outside and inside, but there was NO sign to tell us that it was there! We had a party of seven, so we rented three rooms. The first room was the best as the AC and TV worked, but the light in the bathroom needed some messing with the switch to get it to work. The second room did not have a working toilet (it flooded the room), and the TV remote would not work. We FINALLY got that room changed so at least there wasn't toilet water on the floor. However, the TV didn't work, and the only room light would not turn on or off at the wall, and the pull chain was too high to reach. The third room did not have a working light. Those problems were NOTHING compared to the noise from the nightclub. There is only an empty pool area separating the guest rooms from incredibly loud music. We measured it at an AVERAGE of 95 decibels IN OUR ROOM (permanent hearing loss occurs at 85), with our windows and door rattling so hard we thought they'd fall out. We were actually praying they'd blow the speakers so we could get some sleep! The food was OK; breakfast was much better than dinner. Pricing for dinner was comparable to it's quality. The first night all of the staff disappeared, and wouldn't answer the phone, so we were unable to have issues resolved. We finally had to demand for the second room to be changed, and this was while toilet overflow was IN the room. If they did away with the nightclub, and had someone on duty to help, we'd consider staying again.
