Germantown Inn

The best of the best. The location was perfect to explore downtown Nashville and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet! I really appreciated the happy hour and the friendly staff. I also loved the outdoor spaces available to enjoy on the property. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the Germantown Inn to anyone I know.

STAY HERE! This is a small boutique hotel, which allows for personal service. Chrissy (am) & Matt (pm) took care of all our needs while also giving us our privacy. Chrissy thanks for the inn tour & restaurant suggestions. Matt thank you for packing us a breakfast to go the evening before our 6:30 am departure. This inn is in an adorable neighborhood & we walked to every dinner (although there is plenty of parking around). The Ryman auditorium was a 5 min ride, which is where all the bars with live music are. We stayed in the Adams room. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens, the bathroom was also spacious. We were here in Dec 2020, and felt very safe with covid. Breakfast was fresh coffee, a delicious blueberry crumb muffin, FRESH berry & fruit salad, yogurt/granola, croissants & an egg option. We hope to return again in the future, thanks for a great stay!

Canceled reservation due to COVID, I received an email from Germantown Inn stating I would be charged a late fee but would also be receiving a refund for the remaining balance. 10 days later I not received a refund and I have not heard back from them. I will never be using Hotels.com again and I will never consider Germantown Inn. You would think during a pandemic it would be easier to cancel and receive a refund. Thanks for nothing.

Very charming Inn, comfortable beds, good location with parking on site.

Staff, location, and ambiance were excellent. A few complimentary surprises including free breakfast and free charcuterie with drinks in the evening were a very nice touch.

Germantown Inn is a beautiful and relaxing oasis. The bed pillows and linens were luxurious. I slept in an hour longer than usual. Staff was friendly and gave us a tour of the rooftop patio and other rooms. We walked to dinner to 5th and Taylor which we highly recommend. A tornado in March blew the roof off this Inn but after 5 months they are back in business much to our joy. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Room was very small with no nightstands. Ambiance was exceptional.

The innkeeper met me out front to guide me into the Inn. My plane landed late and it was dark. Matthew the night manager not only met me out front, but also guided me to a safe parking area, and although it was late, he offed me a cup of tea and asked if I wanted a snack. Felt like home. The additional 4-day stay was just as pleasant.

Wonderful stay. The staff did an outstanding job maintaining a quaint Inn feel (breakfast snacks and happy hour treats) while also maintaining extra COVID precautions. Great Germantown location. The best place to stay in Nashville.
