Great Staff & Great Customer Service.
Very cozy hotel with amazing ocean and mountains views from my room. Balcony very confortable. Pools are clean and nice. The staff of this hotel is the best. They are professionals and very friendly. They always smile and help you with everything you need. Madeline, Juan, Dania, and Vivian (the 2 Vivian) are excellent people. All the staff of this hotel really make the difference.

It was excellent we had a room and an apartment with two rooms and two bath a nice kitchen with what’s necessary., dinning and living room. Everything was spacious. There Teo pools and grills. We really had a wonderful weekend.

I checked in and everything was fine, I unpacked, had a nap, shower, went to dinner, and about 7:30, while I was taking an after dinner swim, received a call from management that they'd checked me into the wrong room and I'd have to change rooms. Even tho the maids were gone so they couldn't clean and reuse the room that night, and the reception staff left at 8 pm (there are no staff on site after 8) so there was no way to check people in, they made me pack up and change rooms. While the place itself was physically nice, this treatment by the manager for no apparent reason, is in my eyes a reason to not recommend or stay at this place.
