Buena Vista Beach Villas

Highly reccomend this hotel! Very clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful! The location is awesome, just steps from the beach. Beach in front of hotel was nice and way less crowded than public beqch down the street. Loved that chairs and umbrellas we free to hotel guests. Everything we had at the restaurant was really good! Really great burger and fries. FYI, our room was right next to the kitchen and it was quite loud when they were open, but we were so tired every day it didn't bother us. Everything else was so great I hope that doesnt stop you from staying here - just bring some ear plugs.

Unlike most of the hotels that claim to have beach views in Manuel Antonio, BVBV really IS right on the beach, and the beach is BEAUTIFUL. The water was wonderfully warm, and the chairs, umbrellas and service on the beach was excellent. 100 yards away is the road to Manuel Antonio Park, about a 1 1/2 mile walk along the road or the beach, or $5.00 by taxi or +/- $.60 by the bus that runs frequently to the park or to Quepos. Breakfast and lunch = excellent. Dinner menu = very good but uninspired. 4 towels and 4 beach towels everyday (for 2 people) = one measure of how well they treated us. VERY WELL!

Beautiful location in the heart of Manuel Antonio; close to shops, bars and restaurants. My reservation said ocean view but we got a garden view. Apparently none of the rooms with two beds are ocean view (misleading)

This quaint little place is right on the beach and the views are amazing. They have a great tiki bar outside and two small restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helped with everything including booking excursions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful beach and great service, great food and very clean

Location is beautiful. Right on the beach, swimming there is great with some surf to play in. Wonderful friendly staff look after all of your needs. Sloth was in the trees by the beach and a family of capuchins passed by daily! Meal and drinks at the beach bar are good and reasonably priced. Small hotel, so not crazy busy. Popular beach spot for some locals but lots of room on the beach for all to enjoy and well away from the really busy beach area!

Nice small hotel on the beach, They don’t have coffee maker in the room. Outside sewer system had issues during our stay. Otherwise lovely place on beach

I found the location to be fantastic , the beach was steps away and the rooms very comfortable. Perhaps the most notable was the staff. Not only were they friendly but also very accommodating and professional. I would definitely recommend this property and will visit again.

Great 5 day stay , Kind and hospitable staff , rooms on a scale of 1 to 10 , 10 being best I rated them at a 9.5 our beds where serta mattress the air conditioning was a mini split system providing ice cold room temps . The part that really amazed me was the quality and taste of the food kudos to the chefs . Looking forward to my return and having some Pura Vida at the Buena Vista Beach Villas .

The staff were all great. Super friendly and their English was terrific. A lovely casual beach hotel with a restaurant and bar on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. A very good value! I recommend it.
