Location was conveniently located near the metro and the Sagrada Familia was within walking distance! The check in process was a bit unconventional though as this is not a typical hotel situation, so there was some delay getting us in the property. However, the person doing the checking in was friendly, efficient and thorough. The shared bathroom situation was not my thing though everyone in the house were very respectful. The one thing that really stood out for me with this property is the ease of communication with the property representatives through WhatsApp. They really made sure they answer all our questions.

Rooms were a decent size and clean. Shared bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned daily. The best part is that you can communicate with them through Whatsapp. They respond quickly and are so helpful! Anything from local recommendations, travel advice, things needing attention in the hostel. The service and communication were A+++

The only negative is the check in. As there are not staff on site, you NEED to send them your arrival information so that someone will come by. Otherwise, you will have to go to the other property which is only a few blocks away. The location was great, walking distance to La Sagrata Familia with good bus service close by. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious, with shared bathrooms down the hall. As there are 4 bathrooms, you never really have to wait. Kitchen facilities available if you wish to make your own meals. Nice and quiet. Wifi worked well.
