Lovely Hosts, easy check in immaculately clean and very peaceful. Will be staying again.

Room was nice, everything I needed & 2 bathrooms so no wait in the morning. Could do with a paint but apart from that our stay was great.

Nothing plush, but functional and comfortable. Shared bathrooms can be busy so patience and respect for others is necessary. Good location 10 minute nice neighbourhood walk to tube station.

The television was a bit on the smalll side apart from this the hotel was addequate for the needs of me and my son the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldnot do more for your needs

Cleanliness cant be faulted, room was clean, bed was OK, the maintenance within the property could be much better, broken drawers, blown lights (bathroom mirror light), crumbling window in bathroom (old wood rot). Considering everything however, I would still recommend staying here if you are on a budget. the wifi is good, and the self serve breakfast is fine. Bus stop immediately outside, a few minutes to the tube (Turnham Green), quite area ..

Breakfast included as long as you do not have any requirements. weeks before we left we discussed with owner needing a gluten free breakfast as breakfast was included but they said do not cater so had to get our own breakfast in. A compromise like getting a box of cereal in would have been something. Shops nearby and only a short walk away. Good location but there is a bus stop right outside the property, so be prepared for busses running late into the night and the room is well lit at night by the street lights. Noisy at night due to toilet flushing. There are ares in need of repair, see pictures below. stairs are very steep, which I fell down so hobbled round London for 2 days. Arrived to linen everywhere which did not move for the duration of our stay. 6 chairs for breakfast with 4 rooms, so be prepared to take it in turns to sit and eat. Loose wires for the intermittent wi-fi in the hall way, again take care. Have been in better place for the same or less money. Window in bathroom rotten and mould on the ceiling. Bed and pillows not at all comfortable. Good location but nil else.
