The hotel staff were not very friendly, I didnt get a free upgrade as my member condition mentioned, neither i got a complementary drink. The shower didnt have any soap, the room was very bright in the morning and I didnt see the breakfast buffet.

Nice boutique hotel in a very quiet residential area. Cozy little restaurant overlooking a beautiful green area. Nice full breakfast with coffee and juice included in the price.

Fantastic clean property located about a 10 minute walk from lleras park. It is a quiet neighborhood perfectly located. The staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and modern. Given the price this is a fantastic property.

Very nice staff, accurate and going the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The king size bed was huge but not that sturdy for my problematic back. There is a mirror missing in the room. Room was cleaned every day and feeling fresh. The breakfast room is a little small when everyone is coming down to enjoy the breakfast. The fruits are delicious.

Service was exceptional. They helped us bring our luggage up from the moment we got there. They greeted us as we got off the taxi. The entire staff was very attentive. Hotel is located within walking distance of great restaurants and bars.

The staff makes this hotel what it is. Our room was, except for an amazingly comfortable bed, unremarkable. Everything was spotless. The in house breakfast was great. It’s location is a few blocks from the center of activity in el Poblado, not as convenient as some of its competitors, but this makes it quieter at night, which we appreciated after a night of partying. The view from the top floor bar and restaurant was spectacular. The only criticism we had is that the bartender needed training and his drinks were... meh. But otherwise I was blown away by the courtesy and absolute professionalism of the staff, from the receptionists you waiters to the housekeepers. They were all great and made us feel completely welcome. This is rare and we appreciated it. We’ll go back there.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff in every aspect are amazing. The housekeepers were the best. The morning breakfast was great. They have such a nice spread of breakfast foods to choose from. The breakfast is the best buffet-style breakfast I have ever had at any hotel that I have stayed at. The front desk staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. The only shortcomings that I felt needed addressing were, not all the hotel staff has name tags on so it would be nice to recognize them by name for doing a great job. Also the rooms do not have a refrigerator, microwave, drinking glass, wash clothes, Iron & Ironing board. Most importantly, they advertise as having soundproof rooms but they aren't even close to being soundproof. Three nights of my 2 week stay, there were loud parties either downstairs in the restaurant or at nearby buildings that were very disruptive to falling asleep. The Wifi is not the greatest but it works. It would be nice if their were TV channels to watch in the English language as well. The restaurant on the 14th floor is mediocre at best. The chef is nice and so is the staff but the menu could be much better and they serve a lot of foods that were frozen. The gym is pretty poor and the jacuzzi is not heated. I want to mention that Monica who tends bar on 14 or waits tables in the restaurant on 1 is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. She helped me with my Spanish and I helped her with her English. She is special.

Everything was wonderful, the staff is great and give you excellent treatment

Muy limpio y moderno y lugar en zonas sin ruido pero cerca de todo en taxi. El personal excelente! Es tan moderno que no tiene para poner jabón en la ducha o champú. A veces uno usa productos especiales. Y durante mi estadía el baño tenía una fuga que no lograron saber qué era y solo pusieron una toalla.
