Always a great experience and it always starts with an easy and awesome check in experience with Camilla, she is one of the best workers at the hotel and deserves a raise! Super polite and nice and accommodating, have stayed at this hotel many times and both the hotel and her are very nice! Would highly recommend!

Not a bad place just needs tweaks
I’ll break this review up to make it more understandable. The Good The hotel was clean and the grounds are stunning. The room was clean and up to date and the staff were very friendly. The Bad The bed was just not comfortable too soft for me- a personal choice The pillows were flat and actually were falling through to the space between the bed and wall We got a 1st floor handicap room which I did not want so it was very noisy The shower is an accident waiting to happen as your standing in water the whole time and the water runs out of the shower about 2’. That’s a pitch issue that needs correcting The bar- everyday is a different price for the same drink- I asked for Jack and got a cheap whiskey yet was charged for JD. They had hundreds of cheerleaders to contend with along with parents so it can be overwhelming but they should have planned ahead for this influx. Overall nice place but needs some updating and better planning

Unstable Wi-Fi for nice property
CONS: Although a nice property, I experienced immediate issues after checking in. My room card did not work and I had to wait for a new card. The carpet in room had a few stains and the Wi-Fi was very unstable because the TV kept freezing up during my entire stay. PROS: Daily food credits are good perks and the pool landscaping is very nice.

Could be better
The amenities were great: bar and restaurant, convenient location, two pools with hot tubs. The room was clean but the comforter between the bedsheets was questionable. The shower had no elbow room due to a straight curtain and poorly-placed shampoo. They called me 5min after arriving with a noise complaint for someone who wasn't even me. For a more expensive option compared to other Delta Hotels in the area, I thought it would have been better.

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful check-in experience. Lovely property. Great sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Refrigerator but no microwave in room. The only issue is that my door would shake when other doors closed and you can hear everything being said when you pass a room in the hallway.

An excellent place to stay.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel is a great value and is clean and spacious. The hotel has multiple swimming pools and hot tubs. The fitness room has a good assortment of workout equipment and all the equipment is in excellent working order. There are multiple bars and restaurants on the grounds of the hotel.
