Clean rooms but no frills-ie not even an alarm clock. Thin walls, 10 minutes to get hot water, breakfast is a muffin and yogurt-had to call desk at midnight to get the noisy people out of the pool. Beds and linens nice.

It served its purpose for the night after a long day at Disneyland. The beds were decent. The walls are thin and we could hear everything from the 2nd floor to people walking by and talking.

Rooms need more attention to upgrades and repairs. Wallpaper curling off the wall. Poor furniture layout. Baseboards and walls are dirty or needed to be touched up with paint. Check in was easy. Staff was able to accommodate rooms request. Housekeepers were very friendly. I would say you get what you pay for but I have stayed at another hotel near by for the same price.

Please don't stay here if you have children. This is the worst hotel Ive stayed in. There was two sketchy men with an open uhual truck that was full of trash parked at the entrance of the hotel. You can hear everything through the walls and the beds were so uncomfortable and dirty.

Disney trip with 5 yr old
We booked last minute but price was very reasonable. We were traveling with our child also. Room was clean and roomy. Place does have some things such as floor that need fixing but overall I think it was a decent place. The gentleman at desk was friendly. Breakfast is also offered which many places do not. Location is great close to Disney and has food options nearby. Unlike mentioned on some reviews I did not see any bugs. It is a simple place but for what is paid I think it’s worth it. I have paid a bit more and end up in worse places. I would definitely consider this place for a future visit. Only stayed one night so did not take a look at pool which it had. I believe customer service makes such a difference and big impact on my personal decisions in returning to place and this for me was a win.

Don’t waste your money
Front desk staff didn’t offer any information regarding breakfast pool hours etc. I stayed here to use the hot tub and the hot tub wasn’t even warm. They said it was going to be “fixed”. None of the outlets in the room worked the plugs just fell out. Super loud with body shops next door and the Jack in the box speaker. Over flow parking is behind a big dumpster all dark and glass everywhere.
