Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations, especially given the four digit rate.
Upon checking in late at night, we were greeted by Kyle at the front desk, whose demeanor was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacking basic customer service or social skills. It was a frustrating start to what turned out to be a thoroughly unsatisfactory stay.
The advertised “restaurant” is misleading and does not resemble a proper dining establishment. It offers prepackaged sandwiches, coffee, drinks, and pizza—far from the quality or variety one would expect at this price level.
Additionally, the property’s location is inconvenient. It is far from town and ski areas, requiring transportation. While a shuttle service is available, it is unreliable. When I called for a pickup, the driver refused, citing traffic, and suggested I call back in 1.5 hours. I ended up taking public transportation back, only to find the driver casually conversing with management at the front desk. This lack of accountability and professionalism was highly frustrating.
Ultimately, I chose to check out a day early due to the persistently poor service. Despite this, obtaining a refund for the unused night has been a struggle and remains unresolved.
Overall, this property does not deliver the level of service or quality expected at this price. I cannot recommend staying here and strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more reliable and pleasant experience.
