DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE SLEEPING
The staff was rude and at 8am there was a slamming door! I had to call the front desk 3 times. The first time they said they will check it out. The second time they said it was the cleaning lady. I don’t know how this could be they have elevators and a front door and back door there’s no reason for that. Then they said the door was broken and it was the wind. What do you pay for at a hotel? SLEEP!!! Once I checked out I told the front desk how I had no sleep due to this and he just said oh it’s broken we have to fix it and laughed. I was also provided coffee and tea and then told it wasn’t free. Once again I asked the front desk why that was when I was checking out and they said no, it’s free. I think this hotel needs to train its staff members better bring a 4 star hotel. And no room should be up for rent if there are problems that the guess can not sleep. It was extremely loud slamming from 8am to 12pm. NO SLEEP! Thanks for starting my Christmas morning this way.
