The all-inclusive resort offered a decent stay with exceptionally friendly staff. While the rooms could use some updating, the housekeeping team did a great job keeping them clean. The property featured a great buffet along with convenient beachside food and drink options. What stood out most was how the staff worked multiple roles, allowing guests to interact with the same people throughout their stay, creating a more personal experience.
One thing to note is that you’ll need plenty of single bills for tipping, as it felt like tipping opportunities came up frequently, sometimes making you feel obligated. However, the staff was so kind and helpful that it was hard not to show appreciation.
We visited during the rainy season in October, and while it did rain, it usually cleared up, allowing us to still enjoy the resort. The excursion desk was convenient, and the resort offered some decent shows along with a daily activity schedule that kept us in the loop.
Overall, it's a nice resort, but next time we would prefer to stay at the Rose Hall Grand, an adults-only option, as we suspect the rooms there might be aesthetically nicer. Still, it was a decent stay!
