Room was large but old. No Showers. (Hand hold up shower in hot tubs). Dirt in hot tubs and drains. Access to facilities was dangerous ---many stairs without railings. View was beautiful. Noisy and people in rooms to close next to us. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms need to be updated with full showers. No restaurant on site. Was on main walkway to other active areas.

The staff was exceptional!!! The views were astonishing!!! The location was perfect- 30 minute walk to Fira (Main bus bus station location and lots of shops. Also comes with all the cruise ship tourists though). Our unit was very small. (But you get what you pay for though, so not really a negative).

THE VIEW was beyond incredible. Even better than surrounding properties. This with the outdoor jetted tub was just perfect. Didn’t mind the limited-staffed-hours business model. There were a few things lacking, though. The room was prepared with a bottle of wine, which in general is a nice touch, but the wine wasn’t very good, and there was only one wine glass. The coffee pot/machine were a little old and gross. When turning on the stovetop heating element, it smelled like burning plastic. There was also not quite enough hot water to make easy use of the tub as it is not a heated tub, though we were able to make do by filling it up partway, waiting a while for the hot water to reaccumulate, and then filling it up the rest of the way.

My adult daughter and I had a great experience at this hotel. The view from our view was awesome, our room was beautiful and the staff was not only friendly but they went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Kostas greeted us well and made us feel welcome. Alex tirelessly answered all our questions, was very friendly and went out of his way to help us in every way that he could. Thank you Alex and Kostas for the fabulous service and for making our stay very enjoyable.

It was a good hotel although for the price i definitely thought it would’ve been bigger. The room is quite small. Staff was a little hard to get a hold of but once in contact was very helpful. Was kept decently clean and the location was perfect away from high area crowds but breathtaking views. Possibly would stay again if the price was right.

Unfortunately this hotel did not live up to the photos. It was really run down inside and needed updating. It was also really hard to find and the contact there is very slow to respond. The main plus was the views from the balcony. Negatives: -Way overpriced for quality -Broken cabinets -Poor paint/etc (sloppy) -Gross/rusty shower - very small and could hardly fit one person -Coffee maker without coffee and leftover coffee grounds from previous stay -No pads on lounge chairs -Minimal pool seating -Pool too deep with large wall preventing the beautiful view from the pool or loungers -Horrible arrival directions -No parking nearby or drop off area for luggage -Delayed (or even no) response when texting Alex Positives: -Great location/views -Private jacuzzi with adequate hot water (in honeymoon studio) -Included bottle of wine -Ilios bakery with delivery

The greatest point of this property is the view. Everything you think Santorini will look like, you will see. The staff are very friendly, big shout to Alex and Kostas who always helped us when needed. Come out the property and turn left, and there are some wonderful restaurants. We used a Quad bike to get around the island. Which we parked up safely, not far from the property.

We absolutely loved Santorini, everything was so close by & the hotel was beautiful. The pool area was smaller than we expected with not many chairs available but overall we did enjoy the pool. We did see a few ants In our room but ants are everywhere in Greece. We did get a upgrade to a nicer room so that was very nice of them
