Good stay

Nice Hotel and Casino, very clean and comfortable room. Service was good but it could be better in the following: 1. I was charged for a protein bar I did not consume, Just $8 not a big deal, but is the fact of being charged for somethingI did not eat. That sensor system for the mini bar is definitely complicated, I was told they will send someone to check for the protein bar, but I left the hotel before they did it and one week later is still showing in my credit card. 2. Nowhere in their website showed that the swimming pool area was closed for the season (or at least I didn't see it and I went over several times while choosing my hotel). 3. We are not gaming people, were not there for the casino, but they should give more clear information about the gamers card and casino services. Just before leaving I learned I had $10 to use in the casino, once again not a big deal because I am not a gamer, but do not assume everybody knows the rules and casino incentives, I could've spend some money in the casino if I knew about the gamers card earlier.
