Could be better, could be worse.
The stay was alright. When we initially arrived, the hotel didn't offer us an upgrade, which they were supposed to. After a bit of a discussion, the reception finally upgraded us. Because of the loud noise from the work going on the floor, they upgraded us again to a higher floor after we complained. The standard rooms are extremely small. The junior suite is a decent size. While hotel rooms looked renovated, I feel they cut corners at some places and also have not done proper maintenance. There were exposed wires in a few places and each room had a fuse box showing. Also there were a couple of cracks in floor, between the shower and the toilet. The hotel is very well located and the price was decent. I would consider this a 3 star hotel, because of the small issues. Better maintained, it would be higher.

Overall my experience at this hotel was good, this is a small hotel with a very good location in a very nice neighborhood. small details with the bathroom that need to be fix but the room was nice and comfortable, breakfast is good but it could better.

Internet does not reach the inside of the rooms - we had 2 different rooms. The kitchen was ill equiipped - 1 plate, 1 spoon, 2 forks. The hotel is clean and the staff was nice, although they lied about the internet routers for over a week. Location is nice, breakfast is average, bar is plain, gym is very adecúate
