Heritage Hotel Conveniently Located
We arrived at the hotel very late, Jason welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. Jason also helped us with the required MDAC form for our entry to Malaysia, we are very grateful for his help. The hotel is well appointed and conveniently located, we enjoyed our stay.

A memorable anniversary
Amazing staycation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We received a warm welcome cake and a nice fruits basket in our room upon our arrival. However, the walkway at basement 3 from the hotel to the mall car park is untidy and disorganised, otherwise everything else is excellent 👍

Room was above a concert venue and heavy metal music kept us all awake the first night. Also, the $300 bond held on our credit card is yet to be returned (3 weeks post stay) even though they have confirmed via email that they will be returning it!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Wonderful breakfast buffet and Lobby lounge food and beverages. Centrally located with easy access to transportation. Room was very roomy with 3 adults.
