Decor is now a little tired. Staff weren’t rude but the only smile we got was when we were checking out. The booking page mentioned breakfast but nobody ever asked us about it.

Great staff!

The staff were excellent. We found the restaurant & service in the restaurant really top notch but the food rather pricey for us. I did not sleep well as the bed was a bit too hard for me but the pillows were good. Pity there is not enough parking for the guests resulting in us having to pay for parking on the street. On the whole it’s a lovely hotel.

Friendly staff, upon all of my stays here. I had to give 4 stars purely based off of misinformation. Before my arrival I requested a steam iron. It was advised to ask reception for one, which will be provided. However, upon asking, they mentioned they do not have one in the property. This was then followed by not being able to connect to the kitchen for Room Service. Having said the above, the customer service is great, the staff are friendly on arrival and check out, and everything is well kept whenever I returned back to my room.

Lovely hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel. Very lucky with the weather and the terrace is a perfect spot! Only downsides: on arrival there was used tissue on floor of bedroom, no conditioner in the shower and a little noisy (maybe room positioning) Staff were attentive and very friendly

I arrived very late, and the staff were very attentive, making sure my parking space I reserved was kept free, and I had everything after my long drive. Breakfast was very good, even as a coffee snob, they served a decent cup.

Quiet the Friday we stayed , good service ,ate in the restaurant dinner and breakfast both good , certainly tucked away albeit with a decent view overlooking the pier, (sea view room ) and tbh doesn't really feel like your in the brash of the seafront, will stay again

The rooms were beautiful. I’d suggest getting a sea view if any are available to really enjoy your stay. The staff was awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
