The hotel room was very clean but a little dated. An excellent value. Would definitely stay there again. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The dining room offered many food options and was very good and plentiful. My primary concern was the the balcony door would not lock. Still felt safe. Parking was very close to the room. The cave tours were great. The guides were excellent and a great value. Loved the forested setting! The trail to the lake and putt putt golf course could use some maintenance.

A great place to stay when you’re hiking around the Carter caves area, we appreciate it that it was pet friendly, and the rooms were reasonably priced given the limited quantity available. The rooms were clean and in pretty good condition, though the door on our room was missing a lot of paint and looked shabby, there were some small things that could be done to improve the overall of the appearance of the room like that. Overall a great experience! Will definitely come back. The staff are very friendly in the office and restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and the park in general. The room was clean and a good size. The air conditioner was a bit noisy going on and off at night while trying to sleep. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We loved all of the trails and the tour of Cascade Cave! Its a very special, and unique area!

The room was cozy and cool with the air conditioning. The scenery was breathtaking, we noticed many deer families around the trails and facilities. And we were able to go touring the caves, down the creeks and we enjoyed their rather challenging putt putt golf course. We'll be bringing our kids with us next time for sure 😊

Me and my husband had the time of our lives here!!! It was so beautiful!!! And every single person we spoke to was helpful knowledgeable and so friendly! We haf read a review for here that said something about junkies being everywhere and we needed to lovk our doors but we would really like to clear this up gor anyone that read the same thing, THAT IS NOT AT ALL what we experienced, we never seen anything like this nor did we feel the need to lovk our doors.
