This is a perfectly well run and maintained hotel. We were sharing a room between us 3 (2 adults + 1 teenager). The room was large enough, very well maintained. Nice bathroom, very clean, separate shower and bath. The air conditioning was very quiet and not blowing cold air over the beds, which is very nice and sadly enough quite unusual. The breakfast is very complete, although mainly occidental. There are a few Japanese dishes, however. The service was perfect, very nice people carrying luggage to the room, etc. The bar is however very expensive in comparison with usual food prices in Tokyo and the green tea was really not exceptional, but this is to be expected in this type of hotel. WiFi is for free in the lobby (ask for the password), but there is a use charge in the rooms. The metro / train station is relatively close, 5 to 10 minutes walk (actually more 10 than 5, but mostly indoor). There are many shops and restaurants in the Ebisu quarter, but you will have to walk about 10 minutes to get there. Nice view from the 45th floor restaurant of the nearby tower, however. Globally, this is a perfect hotel for those looking for a western style establishment (and mainly occupied by western guests). For those looking for a more genuine Japanese experience, there are many Ryokans in Tokyo...
