Mediocre visit
We got to our room, and even though we booked for 3 people, there were only two towels, and no bedding for the sofa bed. That’s irritating, but not the end of the world. I went back down to the lobby and got what we needed. But then I went to take a shower and found what looked like hair clippings from the previous guest in the sink. The front desk clerk was super apologetic, and we got a new room.
The new room was virtually identical. It also didn’t appear to have been very thoroughly cleaned, with hair on the bathroom floor and visible layers of dust and grime built up in the corners. It wasn’t awful — I probably wouldn’t have noticed (or even looked, tbh) if we hadn’t just changed rooms because of a cleaning issue — but it was enough to make me uncomfortable.
The bed was too hard — also something I normally wouldn’t complain about, but it added another level of discomfort to this stay. Then parking was exceptionally expensive.
Overall a super mediocre experience for cleanliness, comfort, and value. The staff that evening were fantastic.
