Their cleaning service needs to do better. When arriving my husband checked over the drawers as he always does to find a 1/2 of a pill in the drawer. Thank god one of my kids didn’t find it and eat it. There was a loofah left in the shower and the towels had black hairs on them. Not clean at all.

Love it here :)
Love how clean and friendly the staff is, also I love that the staff here will always help out with giving me a room that fits best for me and my fiancé’s needs. And I love that the cleaning service still knocks on my door even if I’m not checking out just yet to make sure I have everything I need. Thankyou guys for being so good to us in our time of need.

My fav motel :) very clean, very comfortable and they actually have sheets and comforters and towels that don’t have any burn holes or anything. I also enjoy they’re breakfast in the mornings.. overall one of my fav motels to be at, I love it here!

Used needle in room
I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter as we needed to make a last minute trip to visit some family. When I arrived in our room, there was a syringe and vial of something in the refrigerator. This was terrifying especially given that my child could have found it first. When I let management know, they let me switch rooms but no one offered to help and there was no reimbursement for the fees that I paid. Worse, the management smiled and laughed when I told them my concerns and how upset and scared I felt staying there with my child. I will not be using hotels or Howard Johnson ever again. There should be warnings listed for unsafe locations so women and children know not to stay. Of course, paying more might guarantee a nicer space but paying to stay at a hotel should guarantee some basic safety.

Worst stay
This is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. To even call it a hotel is a stretch. Book somewhere else. The room was disgusting and dirty. The bathroom was awful, and all in all the property just felt very unsafe by design.

Cracked door. One could peeps in even after the door is closed. I video it and showed it to the front desk personnel. Additionally, there were loud noises from other customers very late in the night. Shower heads should be replaced with the easy one to operate.
