Great hotel with great staff. Cool modern hotel with decent sized room
Joseph, 3-night trip

Overall it was a great hotel. The only thing is, it’s quite far from the station and bus stop. A bit of a walk to a convenience store too. However, this was our second time stay at this hotel. We chose this again because of its quiet atmosphere. But yeah, just the walk back to the hotel was hard.

It was a nice property and I would stay there again if and when I visit Tokyo again

We loved our stay at Kaika! Everyone were so helpful. The room was beautiful , modern and quiet. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about 7 minute walk from the train station, however it is so nice to stay away from the crowds and in an area where locals live and eat. We found restaurants that feels truly authentic. Great place for families.

Great hotel, friendly staffs. Would definitely come back.

8/10 Very good

Thoroughly enjoyed the decor of the hotel. Room was large with high ceilings (much larger than our room in central Ginza), clean, quiet, with ample amenities. We especially LOVED the separate tub and shower room that felt like a personal onsen. Given the distance from city center, however, I think the price is a bit too high.

Staff was excellent, room was a good size, nice and quiet area so our kids could sleep after a long day of sightseeing

Great place to stay, rooms large for Tokyo, only slight negative is it’s about a 5 to 10 minute walk to any train line.

8/10 Very good

Cool, arty and good location. Good value
Good location in a quiet street about 5 mins walk from Asakusa station and 10 mins to Hokusai museum and the must visit Senso Ji Temple. The hotel is a cool arty place with contemporary art on the walls, and interesting storage cages for artworks. The breakfast is good and the staff very friendly. Our 4 bed room was tight for space, but acceptable, and very clean.
