Not bad but won't stay again.
The location of the hotel was very convenient but there was a strong smell of disinfectant or air freshener in the hotel, as if they were trying to mask other smells. I could not even eat the breakfast from the hotel (which was not much of a breakfast, just packaged bagels and mini cereal boxes) because the smell permeated everything. Also there is an elevator but I was discouraged from using it and had to carry my bag up a curvy stone staircase. The room itself was comfortable enough.

great location on Miami beach, very close to the south beach. Parking garage is right around the corner about 2 minutes walking distance. the builidng is old but well kept everthing was in good condition. we will definitely stay here again if we are back at Miami beach.

The property is clean and that’s what we’re looking for. Bonus is the included breakfast water, coffee, ice and chair and towels for the beach. We didn’t use chairs or towels but thought it was a nice addition. Very short walk to beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room is small but has all the essentials and is clean. We would go back when we are visiting south beach next time. Employees are also very helpful and friendly

Hotel was great. Excellent location, super super clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Close to the beach, they have complimentary chairs and towels. Breakfast was beyond expectations. You can tell that the staff really take pride in what they do. If this hotel had a pool, it would be perfect.

The hotel is ok. We had room 204. At night the light from adjoined building is very bright. I could read a book in bed with all the lights off and blinds closed. The bathroom looks ok, but is not functional. Almost zero water pressure, the rain head didn’t work. There is no storage in the bathroom for personal affects… not even a toothbrush. The furniture in the lobby is also in need of a refresh. The morning breakfast was a nice surprise, and the front porch was enjoyable to sit on and have a coffee. The proximity to the beach and shopping is a positive, as are the staff that were always helpful.

This was a lovely hotel just one block from the beach. Staff could tell I had a problem with stairs so allowed me to use the lift usually only for baggage. The breakfast was great. Lovely pastries and coffee and tea. And anything else you would want.

The property is very well maintained and the room was clean and nice with a huge bathroom. We had dropped our bags off earlier in the day and came back in the afternoon to find that they had left them in the out in the open lobby all day, very poor security/service. They didn't act like this was unusual. The overnight front desk clerk was helpful when we checked out very early in the morning. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, bars and the beach.
