NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN! It's advertised as a hotel on your website. On their own website it's advertised as a motel. It's actually a residential building flat with permanent people living in the apartments. There is a massive noisy construction site at the back of the hotel which your balcony overlooks. The lift was broken so my daughter and I had to drag two very heavy suitcases up to the second floor. A shocking place to stay. The only positive is the location but there are plenty other decent apartments in the area. For what we paid it was an absolute rip off! The room smelt like wet dog. I'm wanting a refund.

Very very noisy!! they are doing right road works outside on the gold coast highway, and it does make it hard to get a good nights sleep. Apart from that the place is nice! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Will be back!!
Stay was very good. Cost was far cheaper than expected and room was much better than I expected for the price. Pool was right outside my ground level patio, but weather and time of year put a stop to the swim. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend and definitely stay here again. Look forward to next time.

We appreciated the location of Outrigger… easy to walk & drive around. Double-glazed doors would have helped a lot with dulling the outside traffic noise etc. Our unit had plank flooring - rug would have been nice to have under the feet around the lounge chair area?
