It was really one of the most horrendous experiences i’ve ever been to, when i first checked in, the room was neither clean or in proper shape, a lamp was flickering, no hotel slippers, and dusty in every inch and square of the room, not to mention the bed, the balcony was probably never cleaned even after renovations, breakfast felt uncomfortable, especially when most of the staff kept throwing responsibility around, i had to check myself into breakfast by writing my name and room number on the paper, something that is usually done by the desk manager, no body came over to pour me coffe, water or even ask me if i wanted to order of the menu, i had to even get a hold of someone to get the check, and even then three workers kept throwing that task on each other like they were teenagers, most of staff gave me the «i hate my job» look and kept on walking around the restaurant pretending they were working, while in reality they were just counting time to when they were getting off.
I’ve really never experienced such an unprofessional customer service, and never felt so belittled to the point i got disgusted.
This kind of service and experience is something u would expect from a motel that doesn’t have a website or a rating not a 4 star hotel.
