Wir hatten leider Pech mit unserem Zimmer, es war sehr ausgekühlt und die Heizung funktionierte nicht, auch das 2. Zimmer war sehr ausgekühlt und auch hier funktionierte die Heizung fast gar nicht. Wir haben sehr gefroren und es war nicht gemütlich. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Beim einchecken wurde uns das Frühstück über den grünen Klee gelobt und angepriesen. Wir haben es dann nachgebucht. Das war auch in Ordnung. Mehr aber auch nicht und für 16 Euro überteuert. Mehr als 9 Euro war es mir nicht wert. Aus Bequemlichkeit. In der Bäckerei in der Nähe kostet es 6,95.

Perfekte Lage, Business Zimmer groß und ruhig gelegen ,sehr hübsches Ambiente im ruhigen Hinterhof, Lage an Gruga und im besten Teil der Stadt Essen. Personal sehr freundlich. Angenehm, daß Zimmerservice " bestellbar" ist und nicht jeden Tag kommt. Matratzen waren zu weich oder älter? Hotel jederzeit wieder!

Gleich neben der Grugahalle
Die Lage gleich neben der Grugahalle war für mich ausschlaggebend für die Buchung - es war genial, nach dem Konzert in 5 Minuten zu Fuss schon "zu Hause" zu sein. Man erreicht auch einige nette Restaurants, Cafes und Läden zu Fuss. Das Zimmer war gross und gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Für volle Punkzahl haben mir eine Minibar und ein Wasserkocher gefehlt.
