We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip(we’ve stayed here once before) and encountered some challenges during our stay. Initially, there was an issue with our room availability upon check-in. The front desk staff member who assisted us was quite short and seemed unwilling to accommodate us, which was disappointing. After requesting to speak with the manager, I found her demeanor to be similarly unwelcoming. However, she did manage to rearrange things and explained that the delay in our room availability was due to our same-day booking and a shortage of cleaning staff.
The following day, we requested housekeeping service at 9 AM along with extra towels. Unfortunately, when we returned to our room at 5 PM, it had not been serviced, and there were no towels. We were offered housekeeping but they wer unsure of what time that would happen. I declined as I needed to shower and get ready for dinner.
In terms of comfort, the beds were a bit too soft for my liking, and the air conditioning unit lacked a fan option, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.
Overall, while our stay was decent, I believe there is significant room for improvement, especially considering the price point. Enhanced customer service training for the staff would greatly elevate the experience for future guests.
