Worst experience with WIFI. Even the staff agreed. Playing movies near the pool area was very loud. This is suppose to be a resort where people come to relax. This is not some cruise ship. We had a great time at this hotel. All of the staff were so polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant and pool bar were fantastic. The pool and hot tubs were great and well maintained, and the private beach was perfect. We were always able to get chairs and an umbrella on the beach without any issue. Awesome hotel & location. We enjoyed staying here everytime. Spent a week here for spring vacay after staying 2 weeks in Maho. Enjoyed it so much we are now official members of Hilton Resort Grand Vacations, Yay! Room was great facing the bay, great sunset views, accessible to supermarkets & a few great restaurants by foot. Staff was attentive & friendly.. next time may have to ask for top floor as we can hear kids running around above us but fortunately we left the next day so it was tolerable then. Will definitely stay there again!👍
