Sempre excelentes!
Foi tudo incrível! A única observação que percebemos foi que os garçons estavam meio perdidos, levando pratos em mesas erradas, questionando nas mesas oq haviam pedido, etc. Então acho que vale uma melhora nesse sentido, mas do restante foi tudo excelente! Ganhamos um upgrade de quarto, nos deram uma sobremesas cortesia com uma cartinha de agradecimento que aqueceu nosso coração! O Meliã e equipe são espetaculares!!! Gratidão especial ao Pedro (Recepção), Priscila e Mateus. Voltaremos em breve!!! Ah, só uma coisa que ficamos chateados é que os pontos MELIÁ nao contam quando a reserva é pelo Hotels.

A limpeza está deixando muito a desejar. Um quarto tinha formigas e o chão do banheiro com muitos pêlos e cabelos. Trocamos de quarto e apesar do segundo não ter formigas tinha cabelos também.
