Modern hotel, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, very comfortable bed. Excellent wi-fi. The hotel is in a great location close to Woolworths, restaurants, downtown, the Britomart, and the harbor. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was also very affordable .

Central and comfortable
Central hotel with comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious, but the bath towels are a bit on the small side. We had a big room with a view towards the docks, which was lovely. Even though the hotel offers no breakfast, there are so many cafés and eateries minutes away, so we didnt really mind. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic location for attending a concert at the nearby arena. Super clean rooms and linen. Great to have some cutlery and crockery available for making own breakfast if needed. Pity there is no room service or restaurant though. Only grip is no soap provided for the bathroom handbasin - only a tube of Body Wash. Not just our room - but others talkign about it in the lift... so it must be policy!I suggest soap is made available for hand hygiene. Otherwise, an excellent stay and would be happy to stay again (will BYO soap!!)
