Disappointment of Advertised rooms
I actually own at this time share property but decided to pay for a week and go whale watching. First of all they were referring to my last name as my first name and could not find my reservation. I had reserved an ocean view room which ended up being the last room in the hall on second floor which looked directly into a cement wall while sitting in a chair on the balcony. If you stood up and leaned over the plastered balcony, you could see distant ocean in the trees. They would not upgrade, change rooms or address it. Actually very rude and told me to go through third party—-YOU. I had no choice except for to keep the room that I had to pay at the desk. I was disappointed that they advertise it as ocean view and it was the worst ocean view I ever got.
The hotel can not help you at all once you book at hotels.com and parking is charged per day which was never mentioned. Disappointing. Your inventory are rooms not sought after.
