I struggled to communicate with the hotel before my arrival. I tried to arrange a shuttle but when I arrived at the airport at 6am after 12 hours travel, no one was there to pick me up. The person in charge of hotel shuttles at the airport said I should wait with her and she would call them. I waited 2 hours and called them myself several times, where I explicitly said I was sitting inside. In the end I had to walk around the parking lot looking for the hotel shuttle.
The room was okay and the staff very friendly, but they struggle to understand English. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, which was at a high standard. The spa was also excellent.
My colleague also struggled to get picked up at the airport and the driver was unfriendly.
Although there were some very good aspects of the hotel unfortunately what I remember is the negative ones. I would avoid staying here again.
