I want to complain about the quality of a room that I booked for 4 nights on your website in the hotel Kap in Amsterdam. In contrast to what was expected, there was no TV, poor Wifi connection, no table, no space to put the luggage as the room was so small, continuous noice in the radiator pipes during all night and extremely difficult access to the 3rd floor without elevator. All of these bad characteristics could have been understandable for a limited cost of lodging, but this was not the case since the cost was 218€ per night plus 14€ tax! Based on the failure of what can be expected for a room of this price, and incorrectly presented on your website, I am asking you a reimbursement of at least 25% of the amount paid.
