Shades didn’t work and we asked multiple times over 7 hours for them to be fixed. One shade was stuck up so no privacy, no rest due to light coming in window. No soap at sink, no shower gel in bathroom. Bathroom fixture shot water from the wall instead of the shower head. Couch area in lobby stained. Floors/walls thin - can hear everything everyone is doing. Smell of weed in a non smoking facility. I will never go back there to stay and recommend others do the same.

The staff were not friendly when I checked in and the bartender seemed to be less than enthusiastic. There was no hand soap in the bathroom of my room so kind of gross to have to wash your hands without soap. I went to the front desk and she the staff said the hotel was out of soap. The hotel was clean but this hotel was not comparable to other Aloft hotels that I have stayed at. I will not stay here again
