While renovated they should have closed
The entire hotel was being renovated. There was no breakfast and no telephone service. We had to walk through construction to get to our room and from the second day were woken at 730am every morning by scraping, hammering, drilling, sanding and loud talking by the contractors. The only reason we didn't leave is because we passed the time to refund. We also received a message the same day of check in that the hotel was under renovation nov through feb.

A computer issue kept me waiting an hour & 1/2 for a room key. (I had been driving for 3 hours & hadnt eaten) There was only one elevator working. Sacks of dirty linen were stashed in the corridor. There were no tissues or amenities in the room. The front desk staff tried to be helpful.
