We arrived at the property and they told us we aren’t allowed to stay because they had random people show up and took our room and never left. So we had to go somewhere else. After traveling for 12 hours to start our HONEYMOON we had to find somewhere to go while in an Uber and paid 3x the amount. So sad :(

Lost and no help to be found.
I paid in advance and I got nothing in return. I paid an Uber to get there and the place didnt exist. I tried calling several times and i got no response. I tried another Uber that went to the same wrong location. I had to pay for another Uber ride to stay at a different hotel.

I reached out to the owner 24 hours before arriving for check-in instructions like their page says to do. Didn't get any answers until the day of my flight. Four hours before take off the owner finally reached out via text to inform me that the property I rented months ago wasn't available anymore and that he could give me a refund.
