It was okay, but lacking in customer service. The biggest problem was loud drilling on the other side of the wall in the morning. I would expect reception to give an advanced warning so I could plan around it. It showed a lack of concern for guest comfort.
There were other issues but less important: keeping an extra folding bed stored in the room when it was not needed or requested, not having a wine opener for guests to use. Overall it gave the feeling that employee convenience is more important than guest comfort.
