Great Stay with Friendly Staff! I stayed at Aloft Sacramento during a week of traveling and, out of all the hotels I stayed at, this one was my favorite overall! The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The room had a great layout and appeared clean, with thoughtful amenities including quality soaps, a hair dryer, a mini fridge, coffee with creamer, and a clothing steamer, which is a GREAT idea for travelers! Parking is also free, which is a nice bonus. A couple of things could use improvement. The entry rug was filthy and definitely needs a good cleaning or replacement. There was also loud music playing past 11 p.m., and I couldn't tell whether it was coming from another guest or the bar. Something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. Overall, the friendly service, comfortable room layout, and convenient amenities made this my favorite hotel of the week. I'd absolutely stay here again!

Clean, bright, well considered facility! Staff was extremely helpful. The person who greeted us at the desk was welcoming and oh so helpful when she arranged for your driver to pick us up at the airport car rental site- a great stress reliever and time saver! We’re sorry we didn’t get her name but she is great. The shuttle driver was outstanding and very professional! All in all another great experience at the Aloft.

Hotel lobby was very welcoming with a chic vibe and ultra contemporary furnishings. Amenities included a fully stocked cocktail bar, pool table, board games, and “club” like seating. Outdoor swimming pool was small but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was uniquely designed with modern appliances and decor. However, the wall air conditioning unit was very loud and caused disrupted sleep throughout the night. The bathroom, although spacious with a walk-in shower and separate room for the toilet, was not completely enclosed from the adjacent beds, which meant light (and noise) from the bathroom was not confined to the bathroom. This was very annoying, especially as we were traveling as a family with young kids. The “open” room concept is likely better suited for a couple or a business traveler.

We love this location for their ADA accessibility . Hotel is very kind staff. They went out of their way to help us get a shuttle to the airport and did not charge us. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.
