Really good location for direct walk 20 min into centre. Friendly helpful staff and really good customer service. Especially the reception and restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Rooms clean and comfortable and quiet.

A little gem
Maybe the decor was a little tired in places but you couldn't fault the service and value for money this hotel offers. The hotel offered basic food but was all served quickly and very hot. A 15 min walk into Canterbury, definitely a good choice for a budget high quality stay.

Value for money and convenient situation
Could do with a bit of a refresh…I imagine that might make cleaning a bit harder. Mattress comfortable, but bottom sheet much too small and kept coming untucked and rucking up underneath. The room was cold. I don’t mind, as I like a cool room to sleep but others might and I overheard a complaint about that.´Staff very good, especially Rosario, always a lovely welcome & very helpful!
