Lovely, friendly, and very clean. This is a property with some long term residents, and everybody was very polite and welcoming. Room was small but fine for our needs. Enjoyed the outdoor seating!

This is a great example of function over form. The room was cheap & clean with no frills, and was a great overnight pitstop as we traversed through Ontario. If you're just wanting a place to lay your head – this meets the mark. If you're looking for modern amenities and a place to stay awhile, you may want to look elsewhere.

Good quality for the price. The bathroom had no fan and the bed only had a top sheet in place of a fitted sheet, with no mattress protector. The staff were friendly and the suite was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. Overall a fine place to stay

Nice room very clean. The only negatives I had was no plug in bathroom or hairdryer also plug needed by desk.to plug in laptop. I did manage though and for the price was amazing. Happy Stay.

I was there because I was doing some work in the area on behalf of the government. I chose this motel because it allowed dogs, as I had no-one to look after him for me, as well , a motel is easy to let the dog out to do their business. I was surprised that they charge $25/night extra if you have a dog. I don`t recall seeing that in the ad. The other issue was that the air conditioner did not work properly during the hottest days of the summer....I literally had to open the room door to get some cooler air into the room from outside. The East Court Motel is very quiet and it was perfect for what I had to do. I thought there may be a lot of noise between rooms, but it was very quiet, I could not hear my neighbours at all. By the end of my stay, I was able to complete all of my work, I had working air conditioning and my dog was happy to be invited....another successful stay

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a little weekend getaway and for the price I can’t complain. Front desk was very friendly and the room was renovated recently but we found an empty Pepsi bottle by the bed that wasn't ours and a dried out fruit pit. The shower also had a lot of mildew. It was relatively quiet and a great location though. Lots of places to eat!
