Unacceptable experience for a 4-star hotel
Very poor customer service from receptionists Gianfranco and Adrianna. The AC in my room was not working on a sunny day, making the room extremely hot and impossible to sleep in. Instead of helping, I was told to “write a formal request” because it was “not their job.”
Gianfranco then shouted aggressively, said it was his last day, slammed his laptop shut, and walked away. Adrianna told me to leave. As a paying customer making a legitimate request, this behavior was shocking and unprofessional.
The room was also noisy, and I felt genuinely threatened by the reception staff. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
