It could have been a little cleaner. Better towels.

The motel is run down, gaps of light come through around the doors. Many people were right outside our door smoking pot. Breakfast was subpar. Room was basically clean, shower floor was lined with linoleum. I would not stay here again.

The staff was great but the hotel was in bad shape and seemed to lack maintenance.

I like the hotel overall I just think the rooms can be better as far as no holes where the pipes are at the door had a gap in between it where bugs can get in!
Avis vérifié

The pictures of the property were very misleading. Expedia should check out the properties before suggesting them on their site. I won’t be using Expedia for booking travel again.

Smell, bed made noise

We did not stay as we did not feel safe at this property. It was set up like a motel, which the pictures did not indicate. It was darkly lit by the room entrances and there were strange people standing outside their rooms near our room entrance.

It seems as if it was an apartment complex rattler than a hotel.

Good location for the venue we were attending. Some updates such as new paint/floors were notice however the door lock was digital without a deadbolt so I was grateful to not be staying alone. Overall was clean and comfortable.

Had someone knock on my door repeatedly at 11pm and had to call the police. Went to stay in another hotel after that and only got refunded for one night. Brutal experience.

I was disappointed with my stay. The sheets were stained, there were not enough towels, and the room had a strong smell of mildew and humidity. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests
Avis vérifié

2/10 Médiocre

First room smelled like cleaning fluid. Second room was barely a hovel. Roaches. Door had full gaps around it. 2 towels for 4 people. Dirty. Lots of highway noise. Bathroom door would not close. Windows shade allowed anyone to look inside. Go anywhere else but here.

Very clean room, great location close to everything Food/Shopping/Walmart across the street

Roof was not finished, the area is not a good area to be in. The blinds were see through
Avis vérifié

Nothing good to say. Door was broken and not secure. Very seedy and run down. Checked out an hour after we checked in. It was horrible
Avis vérifié

6/10 Bien

Room wasn’t finished, no curtains, cable box hanging out of wall. Hotel is undergoing renovation and this wasn’t mentioned before booking. Hotels.com doesn’t care or check to see the hotels are ready for occupancy.
Avis vérifié

It's a difficult to comment since I didn't say anything while at the property ...but I had a long day, we checked in at almost 9p. The front door was out of alignment and could not be locked from inside. The tv did not work--a huge negative for me--neither did the remote control. Breakfast was minimal.
